Circle of the Dove

Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Lisa and I dedicate this site to Brigid, both Goddess and Saint. In the 90's, I published a Journal called We Are One. It was my goal then, as it is now, to have a place where everyone can share. It brings me great joy to be able to do this once again. The internet is such a blessing.

I have been on my spiritual path since 1983. Wow! What a long time. I have experienced much, but have so much more to experience. As you can tell, I am eclectic in thought. Each spirituality and religion has much to offer. We truly are a rainbow, heading towards the same the goal. I do not mean the pot of gold of material wealth, but the pot of gold of spiritual fulfillement.

I've been asked, what Tradition are you? I would have to say Life. To be more specific, the Celtic Pathway with strong leanings toward Eire and Avalon. I was also baptized Roman Catholic. I've often said I have never lost my love for Jesus. I get a few raised eyebrows. I do consider christianity as my spiritual root and I have grown from there. Although, I do not agree with the organization of Church, I do believe that the teachings hold merit. Not the man made rules...but the message of Love One Another.

I'd like to share a poem with you. I wrote it in the late 90's. It was a time in my area when the differences amongst people was causing conflicts. It has become my personal prayer for the world.
